One of the areas of school totally destroyed in the fire was the learning resource centre (called library when parents were at school).  A major success of the temporary accommodation in Portakabins has been the rebirth of the LRC as a centre for investigation and learning within the school.  It is used by many departments with a whole class and also by individual learners during non-lesson time.  Here are a few pictures of the LRC.
